Who operates the site

Customers in Great Britain play under the company's Gambling Commission licence; for customers outside Great Britain, the applicable regulatory arrangements may differ and, where applicable, Bingo Crazy is regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Jumpman Gaming Limited holds the licences, handles customer funds and is responsible for how the site is run.
How we handle your money
Customer balances are kept separate from company accounts. The level of protection for customer funds is set out in our Terms and Conditions, as the Gambling Commission requires.
Fair games
Bingo draws and all other game results are generated by random number generators tested by independent laboratories. A game is only added to the lobby once it is certified for the markets in which we offer it.
